Cogir Senior Living in Turlock, CA seeks a proactive Maintenance Technician to uphold the building's structural integrity, perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and routine repairs, and ensure safety standards are met. You will address maintenance requests promptly, maintain records, and coordinate with inspectors and authorities while delivering courteous, resident‑focused service.

• Two years of maintenance or handyman experience in senior living, multi-family, or hotel settings preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, drywall repair and texturing, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and floor care.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine building maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, and basic repairs.
• Ensure repairs and service orders are completed promptly and safely.
• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Repair vacated rooms promptly and prepare for new resident move-ins.
• Keep common areas with well-maintained walls, floors, doors, and woodwork.
• Monitor and manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and logs.
• Coordinate with local authorities and inspectors as needed.
