You’ll troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems while maintaining accurate logs and communicating with property staff and inspectors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Professional maintenance certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care and appliance repairs.
• Ensure repairs and service orders are completed promptly and safely.
• Maintain equipment, logs and inventory records.
