Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance residents' quality of life by planning, implementing, and overseeing a broad enrichment program. You will work with residents, families, and team members to reflect life stories, interests, and abilities, creating a welcoming environment that promotes health, purpose, and joy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• License to drive community bus or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools including Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead community activities, events, and holiday celebrations.
• Orient new residents and families to enrichment programs.
• Coordinate holiday decorations for the community.
• Contribute to Life Stories assessments and documentation.
• Attend monthly virtual education meetings and support staff communication with families.
• Drive the community bus for outings and appointments as needed.
• Collaborate with management and residents to promote health, purpose, and enjoyment.
