Cedarhurst Living seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging activities, events, and programs. You will partner with residents, families, and staff to ensure activities reflect interests, abilities, and life stories, fostering health, purpose, and joy.

Reporting to the Life Enrichment Director, you’ll plan, schedule, and lead programs, support with assessments, and coordinate celebrations while maintaining strong teamwork and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license required or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and electronic health record systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and leading community activities and events.
• Introduce new residents to life enrichment programs.
• Coordinate holiday decorations and community displays.
• Support Life Stories and resident assessments for engagement activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and staff about care and activities.
