Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance the quality of life for residents through meaningful activities and programs. You will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive enrichment program and partner with residents, families, and staff to tailor activities to interests and life stories.

The role requires availability to work every other weekend and involves coordinating events, assessments, and family communications while supporting a collaborative team

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver's license and ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, EHR systems, and HR-related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule and lead community activities, programs, holidays, and events.
• Introduce new residents and families to life enrichment programs.
• Coordinate holiday decorations for the community.
• Contribute to resident assessments by assisting with Life Stories.
• Assist with activity attendance and family messaging in Cedarhurst's electronic platform.
• Attend monthly virtual education meetings.
• Drive the community bus for outings and appointments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families about care and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with staff and management and handle conflicts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Conocimientos
