Job summary

Hawthorn Senior Living is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain resident apartments and common areas while assisting in dining service. The role involves courteous meal service, cross-training in other duties, and adherence to Hawthorn procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform housekeeping duties following sanitation standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents in the care and cleaning of their apartments.
• Ability to present meal alternatives to residents and guests.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident apartments according to Hawthorn guidelines and schedule.
• Cleans community common areas according to schedule.
• Serves meals to residents and assists with opening packages or cutting foods as needed.
• Delivers meal trays and busses dining room tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
