Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform housekeeping duties following sanitation standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments according to Hawthorn guidelines and schedule.
• Clean community common areas and restrooms.
• Serve meals at tables, take orders, and deliver to kitchen.
• Assist residents with opening packages and meal-related tasks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, following company policies.
