Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform housekeeping duties following sanitation standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and staff.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple duties under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident apartments according to Hawthorn guidelines and schedule.
• Cleans community common areas according to schedule.
• Greets residents and guests, takes meal orders, and serves meals.
• Delivers meal trays and assists with opening packages or cutting foods as needed.
• Maintains food handlers permits as required by regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
