Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. The role emphasizes warm reception, safety, and smooth daily operations within a senior living community.

The Concierge will assist with clerical tasks, coordinate communications, and support the Executive Director, Business Office, and Sales & Marketing. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, web platforms, and EHR systems as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors, and guests with exceptional service.
• Monitor entry/exit points and sign in guests and residents.
• Engage with residents to ensure they feel valued and cared for.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Handle external/internal calls and relay messages to the right person.
