Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge to serve as the warm, first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. You’ll help with front desk operations, coordinate communications, and support daily community functions to ensure a safe, organized environment.

You will assist with scheduling transportation, handling guest meals, and processing transactions, while upholding Cedarhurst’s values of care and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web platforms, and HR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors, and guests with exceptional service.
• Monitor entry/exit, sign in guests, ensure safety protocols.
• Receive and distribute mail; manage calls and messages.
• Assist with clerical duties and sales inquiries as needed.
• Support scheduling transportation and event reservations with Life Enrichment.
• Process guest meal sales and credit card transactions when needed.
• Submit work orders to Maintenance and monitor alarms.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families about care and wellbeing.
