Job summary

The Pointe at Meridian seeks a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, vendors and team members. You will handle front-desk duties, answer calls, greet guests and coordinate services with care and discretion.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or senior living exposure, strong communication and organizational skills, and a professional appearance. You’ll join a team that values empathy, teamwork and excellent service every day.

Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Willingness to assist other departments and work as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Hospitality or senior living experience preferred but not required.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a busy front-office environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist residents, families, and visitors with questions and requests
• Receive and distribute packages
• Take and process to-go dinner orders
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families
• Stock and maintain the Country Store
• Confirm resident transportation rides and scheduled outings
• Maintain lobby and restrooms cleanliness on weekends
• Provide occasional administrative or hospitality-related tasks as needed
