Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome guests, residents, and staff, manage calls, and provide general information. You will handle messages, direct inquiries, and keep front-desk areas organized to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Experience in a senior living or hospitality setting is a plus; on-site teamwork and scheduling flexibility are important. EO/ Weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and staff; manage external and internal calls; relay messages and provide general information.
• Answer phones and take messages; direct inquiries and maintain a professional front-desk presence.
• Assist with meal tickets, room/visit scheduling, and keep guest logs and sign-in sheets updated.
