The Pointe at Meridian in Idaho is seeking a friendly Concierge to support residents and guests. This full-time role includes front desk duties, answering calls, greeting visitors, coordinating services, and assisting with packages and tours.
Initial schedule includes alternating Fridays 4:00pm–7:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays 9:00am–5:00pm, with additional Thursday–Friday coverage starting in August. Training will be provided, and benefits support a family-like atmosphere.
This position is scheduled for alternating Fridays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position will also provide front desk coverage on an as-needed basis during the week. Beginning in August (or sooner if needed), the schedule will expand to include all Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

The Concierge Specialist provides clerical support; organize and maintain resident, personnel, marketing, maintenance, and resource files. The Concierge answers telephones, greets guests, and responds to residents' requests and assist in coordination of services to residents. The Concierge assists in providing services to residents, families, and guests.
