Cogir Senior Living in Brea, CA is seeking a friendly Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. You will handle front desk operations, manage inquiries, schedule transportation, and coordinate resident services to ensure a welcoming community experience.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months of customer service/front desk experience, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone, directing calls and inquiries as needed.
• Greet all families, residents, guests, and vendors with a smile.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, or light clerical work.
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns or questions and elevate issues to management when necessary.
• Complete work order requests.
