Belmont Village Senior Living in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, family members, vendors and guests. You will support administrative tasks and help maintain a warm, safe environment while delivering outstanding hospitality.

In this fast-paced role, you greet visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, handle inquiries with empathy, log packages, coordinate with departments, and assist with resident transportation scheduling and RSVP

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Proficient with standard software applications.
• Clear verbal and written English.
• Reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor community access by ensuring proper sign-in and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Assist with resident transportation scheduling and event RSVPs and guest meal reservations.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and a positive first impression.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
