The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning greeting guests, managing calls, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette
• Proficient in standard software applications to perform job-related tasks
• Clear verbal and written English communication skillset

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
• Address inquiries promptly and confidentially with empathy and dignity
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages
• Collaborate with departments to promote effective communication
• Monitor access and kiosk sign-in; respond to emergencies per policy
• Support Concierge with resident transportation scheduling and event RSVPs
• Maintain an organized workspace for efficiency and first impressions
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction
