Qualifications

• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette
• Proficiency using software applications for job tasks

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly in person and by phone
• Direct incoming calls on a multi-line system efficiently
• Address inquiries promptly with empathy and discretion
• Log and coordinate package distributions
• Collaborate with departments to promote effective communication
• Oversee kiosk sign-in and respond to emergencies per policy
• Assist with resident transportation scheduling and event RSVPs
• Maintain an organized workspace for efficiency and first impressions
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction
