Belmont Village Senior Living seeks an on-call Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and guests. You’ll support administrative tasks, maintain a welcoming environment, and uphold safety and hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while collaborating with teams to ensure excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system with professional etiquette.
• Proficiency with common software applications.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Demonstrates initiative with critical thinking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Address inquiries promptly and confidentially with empathy.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor access and assist with safety procedures.
