Belmont Village Senior Living in Florida is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents, family members and visitors, answer inquiries, coordinate transportation and support staff.

You will handle multi-line calls, log packages, and collaborate across departments to maintain a safe, hospitable environment while delivering exceptional service.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong organizational skills and a customer-service mindset, with empathy for aging residents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related admin tasks.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Customer-focused hospitality mindset.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
• Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate
• Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication
• Monitor community access and respond to emergencies per policy
• Schedule resident transportation and event reservations
• Record maintenance work orders electronically
• Maintain an organized workspace for efficiency
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction
