Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office for job tasks.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Shows initiative and strong organizational skills.
• Professional, pleasant, team oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance essential for operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Address inquiries promptly, reliably and confidentially.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages.
• Collaborate with departments for effective communication.
• Monitor kiosk sign-in access and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Schedule transportation, trips, events and guest meals; assist setup.
• Record maintenance work orders in an electronic system.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction top priorities.
