Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our resident homes and community facilities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, and perform routine upkeep to ensure apartments are rent-ready and safe for residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties of a Maintenance Technician.
• Must possess valid driver's license and be able to drive company or personal vehicle.
• Able to operate general maintenance tools and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely.
• Perform turn-key work to ready vacant apartments for rent.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with organizing service requests and maintenance tasks.
