Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances, and complete service requests in a timely, safe manner.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in property maintenance, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work with on-site staff to keep apartments rent-ready and residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property maintenance.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Able to read measurements and perform basic calculations.
• Must comply with safety and policies.
• Able to operate general maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
• Complete service requests safely and timely.
• Perform turn-key work to prepare vacant apartments.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve resident issues.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with on-site staff and contractors.
• May drive company vehicle as required.
