Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Marland Place is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems, complete service requests safely, and prepare vacant units for occupancy. You will support resident satisfaction and uphold safety standards in a community environment.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED (preferred) and at least 1 year in property management maintenance, with valid driver’s license and ability to operate maintenance tools and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of property management maintenance experience.
• Basic arithmetic skills for estimates and percentages.
• Able to operate common office equipment.
• Must have valid driver’s license and driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete service requests safely and timely.
• Turn-key work to prepare vacant apartments for rent.
• Maintain high customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• May supervise contractors and other staff as needed.
