Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to oversee all community operations, ensuring top-quality resident services and financial health. This role leads staff, maintains regulatory compliance, and steers sales and operations strategies to meet Cogir’s objectives.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a valid administrator license where required, and 5+ years of leadership in senior living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing or human services preferred.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing if required by state regulations.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in senior living operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and staff, ensuring high-quality care.
• Maintain financial stability including budgets and cash flow.
• Hire, supervise, train, and motivate department directors and staff.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through consistent service quality.
• Develop and implement sales and operations strategies aligned with goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage on-site operations and act as liaison with Cogir corporate.
• Maintain policies, licenses, and adherence to company procedures.
• Review hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions with quality focus.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and regular property inspections.
