The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare, a Licensed Administrator, and 5+ years in senior living leadership, with on-site presence and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services preferred.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing per state requirements.
• At least 5 years in progressive leadership within a senior living or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site community operations and staff.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through high-quality services.
• Develop and implement sales and operations strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies.
• Manage the community budget and cash flow; review hiring and promotions.
• Build relationships with residents, families, providers, and Cogir staff.
• Maintain policy, licenses, and maintenance programs; lead cross-functional teams.
