Qualifications

• 5+ years in a progressive leadership role in senior living; hospitality experience a plus.
• Strong budget management and financial planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and serve as the main contact for staff, residents, families, and external partners.
• Direct and motivate department directors and staff; maintain training and morale.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by delivering high-quality services.
• Lead development and execution of community sales and operations strategies.
• Ensure compliance with care regulations and company policies.
