Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead a community, ensuring high-quality resident care and operations. You will oversee budgets, staffing, and daily activities while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in progressive leadership within senior living or healthcare, with a bachelor's degree and licensed administrator credentials. On-site leadership and availability for after-hours may be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services preferred, or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing and/or meet licensure requirements per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and ensure quality of care and services.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Lead staffing practices and supervise directors, ensuring training and morale.
• Develop and implement sales and operations strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, residents, providers, and families.
• Act as primary liaison for Cogir Senior Living corporate staff.
