Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to oversee all community operations and ensure exceptional care and services. This role includes managing budgets, staffing, and daily operations in line with regulations, while fostering strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.

The Executive Director will lead cross-functional teams, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive strategies aligned with Cogir's goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a progressive leadership role in senior living.
• Knowledge of federal, state resident rights regulations.
• Budget management and financial planning expertise.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations on-site and manage relationships.
• Direct and motivate department directors and staff.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction with quality services.
• Lead development and execution of sales and operations strategies.
• Manage budget and cash flow, ensure financial accountability.
• Provide leadership to staff and residents, proactive problem solving.
• Maintain policies, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Review hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee building grounds and preventative maintenance.
