The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or human services, 5+ years of leadership in senior living, and licensing where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare, nursing or human services.
• Licensed Administrator if required by state regulations.
• 5+ years in progressive leadership in senior living or healthcare.
• Strong budgeting and financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and ensure quality of care and services.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial stability of the community.
• Supervise department directors and staff; maintain training and morale.
• Drive resident satisfaction through high-quality services.
• Lead development and execution of sales and operations strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
