Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to oversee all community operations and ensure high-quality care and services. You will manage budgets, staff, and daily activities, while building relationships with staff, residents, and families.

This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to excellence in senior care. On-site position with a focus on resident satisfaction and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing where required.
• 5+ years in a progressive leadership role in senior living or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations as on-site executive.
• Supervise and motivate department directors and staff.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through high-quality services.
• Lead development and implementation of sales and operations strategies.
• Ensure compliance with care regulations and legal requirements.
• Manage the community budget and cash flow.
