Responsibilities include leading staff, maintaining resident satisfaction, and building relationships with residents, families, and community partners while ensuring compliance and a high standard of care across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services preferred.
• Must be a Licensed Administrator in good standing and meet state requirements.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership in senior living operations.

Responsibilities

• On-site executive for all operations, serving staff, residents, and the public.
• Supervise and motivate department leaders, maintaining training and morale.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction by delivering quality services.
• Lead development and execution of sales and operations strategies.
• Ensure compliance with care regulations; discuss issues with clinical leadership.
• Manage the community budget and cash flow, and minimize variances.
