Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to oversee all community operations, ensure quality of care, and manage budgets and staffing. You will foster client and staff relationships, uphold regulatory compliance, and drive sales/operational strategies in alignment with company goals.

You will lead a team of directors, maintain resident satisfaction, and coordinate with Cogir corporate leadership to uphold standards and policies across the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent supervisory experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing or meet state/federal license requirements.
• Progressive leadership in senior living with budget/regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• On-site executive for all operations, serving staff, residents, and stakeholders.
• Supervise and motivate department directors and staff; sustain morale and training.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through quality services.
• Lead sales and operations strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure care regulations are understood and support Resident Care Program.
• Manage budgets and cash flow; minimize variances and deficits.
• Provide leadership for staff and residents; resolve issues proactively.
• Act as primary Cogir contact with corporate staff and partners.
• Maintain policies, licenses, and compliance with laws and company rules.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and staffing quality.
