Cogir Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to oversee all community operations, financial stability, staffing practices, and quality of care. You will foster a compliant, resident‑centered environment and build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.

The role requires leadership across departments, budget accountability, and adherence to federal, state, and local guidelines, with on‑call flexibility and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services preferred.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing (where required) per state regulations.
• At least 5 years in a progressive leadership role in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong budget management and financial planning experience.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local resident rights regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as on-site executive, acting as primary contact for staff, residents, and the public.
• Supervise and motivate all department leaders and staff; maintain training and morale.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction by delivering high-quality services.
• Lead development and execution of community sales and operations strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; manage budgets and cash flow.
• Provide leadership to staff and residents; proactively solve problems and issues.
• Maintain relationships with Cogir Senior Living corporate staff and external partners.
• Keep departmental policies and licenses current and compliant.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, discipline, and terminations with focus on quality personnel.
• Supervise maintenance and safety inspections to preserve property.
