Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, developing sales strategies, and maintaining essential licenses. The role requires a bachelor's degree and a state Licensed Administrator credential, with flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing and compliant with state requirements.
• At least 5 years in progressive leadership in a senior living operation.
• Budget management and financial planning expertise.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high integrity.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends and be on-call.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• On-site executive for all operations and community liaison.
• Supervise and motivate department directors and staff.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through quality services.
• Lead development and execution of sales and operations strategies.
• Ensure compliance with care regulations and policy guidelines.
• Manage budget, cash flow, and minimize variances.
• Provide leadership for staff and residents; problem solving.
• Maintain relationships with Cogir corporate staff and stakeholders.
• Keep policies and licenses current per federal/state/local requirements.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, and staffing decisions.
