• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing and/or comply with federal/state license requirements.

• Oversee all community operations and quality of care and services.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial stability.
• Lead staffing practices, training, and morale across departments.
• Develop and implement sales and operations strategies aligned with company objectives.
