Job summary

The Cogir Senior Living Executive Director leads all community operations, ensuring quality care, financial stability, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities include supervising directors, managing budgets, driving resident satisfaction, and executing sales and operations strategies. A licensed administrator with 5+ years in senior living leadership is required; willingness to work on-site in the Bellevue area is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a supervisory senior living setting.
• Active Licensed Administrator or equivalent licensure where required.
• Demonstrated leadership in senior living or healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of resident rights regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• On-site executive for all operations, contact for staff, residents and public.
• Supervise and motivate directors, maintain training and morale.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through quality services.
• Lead development and implementation of sales and operations strategies.
• Understand care regulations; support Resident Care Program with clinical head.
• Manage budget and cash flow; monitor variances and deficits.
• Provide leadership for staff and residents; proactive problem solving.
• Act as main property contact for Cogir corporate staff.
• Maintain policies, licenses; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Review hiring, promotions, discipline and terminations to retain talent.
• Maintain building grounds and conduct inspections; supervise maintenance programs.
