• Must hold current administrative license for the state.
• Demonstrated success managing all aspects of senior community operations.
• Strong sales leadership and ability to grow census.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community and marketing, business, and financial functions.
• Oversee all hiring practices and budget adherence.
• Prepare community budget and variance reports.
• Lead approval process for contracts and NOI achievement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and survey processes.
• Maintain resident relations and oversee grievance processes.
• Manage capital improvements and maintenance programs.
