Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead community operations, drive occupancy, revenue and regulatory compliance, while ensuring exceptional resident and family experiences. You will manage P&L, budgeting, labor, and develop leadership teams to achieve financial goals.

The role requires proven Executive Director or GM experience, strong decision-making and outstanding communication to lead a senior living community and drive growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L and budgeting skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources.
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management.
