Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC seeks an Executive Director to fully manage a senior living community, including operations, marketing, and financial functions. You will oversee budgeting, hiring, and compliance with local, state and federal laws, while leading a team and maintaining resident satisfaction.

You will review financials, lead contract approvals, oversee maintenance, risk assessments, and regulatory communications to ensure a compliant, high-performing community with strong census

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years as an Executive Director.
• Current administrative license for the state of the assigned community.
• Proven success managing all aspects of senior community operations.
• Strong sales leadership and census growth ability.
• Ability to lead a management team and promote staff development.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community, including marketing, business and financial functions.
• Manage budgeting, hiring and regulatory compliance.
• Review monthly financials and prepare variance reports; develop corrective plans.
• Oversee contracts, capital projects and NOI achievement.
• Maintain occupancy and oversee the marketing plan and resident relations.
• Coordinate resident move-ins and oversee grievance processes.
