Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 3 years as Executive Director or equivalent.
• Must hold current administrative license for the state where the role is located.
• Strong knowledge of senior living regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hiring practices to ensure compliance with laws.
• Prepare community budget and oversee budget adherence.
• Lead approval process for service contracts and capital projects.
• Drive marketing plans to sustain occupancy and census growth.
• Monitor monthly financials and variances.
• Ensure resident safety and satisfaction; manage surveys.
• Maintain Resident Bill of Rights and advocate for residents.
• Coordinate with local/state regulatory agencies.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours readiness.
