Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to oversee all marketing efforts for a senior living community in Laurel, MD. The role involves developing strategies to meet census goals, training staff on inquiry handling, and coordinating quarterly marketing plans in line with corporate standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a preferred bachelor’s degree, and at least three years of experience as a marketing director in senior care.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three years’ experience working as a marketing director in senior care.
• Ability to analyze data and develop and implement a marketing plan.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external marketing efforts to meet census targets.
• Adhere to Harmony Way and building readiness standards.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans in concert with the marketing team.
• Train staff on telephone etiquette and inquiry handling.
• Lead internal marketing meetings and manage inquiries and lead tracking.
• Host community events and build relationships with local groups.
