You will manage budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance while driving resident satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to maintain financial stability and advocate for residents and families. Evening/weekend on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a progressive leadership role in senior living or healthcare environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services preferred.
• Must meet licensure requirements for administrator in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and ensure quality of care and services.
• Maintain financial stability, budgets, and cash flow for the community.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; maintain high morale and performance.
• Lead sales and operations strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
• Cultivate relationships with staff, residents, providers, and families.
• Monitor policies, licenses, and regulatory requirements; manage facilities.
