Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to oversee operations of a senior living community. You will manage budgets, staff, and daily operations while ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance. Build relationships with residents, families, and partners to support a thriving community.

The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and a strong commitment to resident care, with evening/weekend on-call as needed and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a progressive leadership role in senior living.
• Strong budget management and financial planning experience.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• On-site executive for all operations, serving as primary contact for staff, residents, and the public.
• Supervise and motivate all department directors and staff; maintain training and morale.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through quality services.
• Lead development and execution of sales and operations strategies aligned with goals.
• Ensure compliance with care regulations and liaise with clinical leadership.
• Manage budget and cash flow, monitor variances and deficits.
• Provide leadership for staff and residents; proactively solve issues.
• Maintain policies, licenses, and relationships with Cogir Senior Living corporate staff.
• Review hiring, promotions, and terminations with focus on retaining quality personnel.
• Oversee property maintenance and inspections to protect the facility.
