Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Hospitality, Health Admin or related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care or hospitality.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management and daily operations supervision.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses.
• Administrator license/certification.
• Strong leadership and motivation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community per owners/board standards and laws.
• Model a customer-focused vision based on a resident-centered care model.
• Develop relationships to drive business; maximize revenue and market position.
• Ensure external business development strategy with clear accountability.
• Maintain resident administrative files in compliance with regulations.
• Meet financial targets and optimize occupancy and room rates.
