Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community in Rock Hill, SC. You will oversee operations, drive occupancy, and manage a resident-centered care model while maximizing revenue and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years of senior living or related managerial experience, including budgeting, hiring, coaching, and performance management. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or Health related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care or hospitality.
• Experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations supervision.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses.
• Administrator license/certification
• Leads with confidence to inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community per owners’/directors’ standards and laws.
• Model a customer-focused vision based on resident-centered care.
• Identify and build local relationships to drive business and optimize pricing.
• Develop external business development strategy with clear accountability.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations governing residents.
• Maintain resident administrative files per state regs.
• Meet financial targets and maximize partners’ return.
• Oversee programs including memory care, clinical, dining and social.
• Prepare and adhere to community budget; achieve occupancy targets.
• Monitor monthly financials and address deficiencies.
• Control non-labor operating costs within budget.
• Ensure NOI and occupancy expectations are met.
• Oversee all departments for efficient operations and compliance.
