Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or Health related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care or hospitality industries.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation and management of the community following Owners/Board and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicates a clear, resident-centered vision and drives customer-focused care.
• Builds relationships to drive local business, maximize occupancy and revenue, and meet market position.
• Implements external business development strategies to maximize referral leads and move-ins.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and maintains resident administrative files.
• Meets financial targets and oversees budget adherence, NOI, and occupancy goals.
• Oversees all departments to ensure efficient operations and budget-driven performance.
