Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Director of Sales to manage the community's sales operations and inspire prospective residents to move in. You will connect with new inquiries, convert leads, and use market data to meet occupancy and revenue targets across multiple communities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in marketing or related field and at least two years in senior living sales, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• Two years in marketing/sales in senior living setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with leads from multiple channels and converts them to residents using our sales process.
• Builds relationships to advance leads through the sales cycle and secure commitments.
• Executes the Sales Playbook to achieve budgeted occupancy and net revenue.
• Manages sales tracking reports and communicates updates to leadership weekly.
• Plans local sales events and coordinates with marketing to hit lead goals.
• Oversees alignment across community leaders to optimize occupancy and revenue.
