Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living’s Home Place of Burlington in Burlington, NC seeks an Executive Director to lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and revenue growth with a resident-centered care model.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and several years of managerial experience in senior living or healthcare, with strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/health-related field.
• Minimum of three years managerial experience in senior living, health care or hospitality.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management and daily operations supervision.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Demonstration of success in managing operating expenses.
• Administrator license/certification.
• Leadership that inspires and motivates others.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community per Owners/Board, Discovery Management Group, and laws/regulations.
• Communicate a resident-centered vision and customer-focused service.
• Develop relationships to drive referrals, maximize occupancy and top-line revenue.
• Implement external business development with clear accountabilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain resident files.
• Meet financial targets and maximize return for partners.
• Oversee all departments and manage budget and NOI.
