TerraBella Senior Living seeks an Executive Director for our Rock Hill community to lead operations and drive superior resident care. You will steer budgeting, pricing, and performance against regulatory standards while cultivating a resident-centered environment.

This role requires 3+ years of management in senior living or related fields, with strong leadership, sales and financial acumen to maximize occupancy, revenue, and NOI through coordinated programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience in senior living, health care or hospitality preferred.
• Licensure/certification as an administrator.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation and management of the community per owners’ guidelines and laws.
• Lead customer-focused, resident-centered care vision and strategy.
• Develop external business relationships to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure budgeting, financial targets, and NOI goals are met.
• Maintain resident files and regulatory compliance across programs.
