TerraBella Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead our community, overseeing operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on resident-centered care, external business development, and maximizing occupancy and revenue.

The successful candidate will bring strong managerial experience in senior living or hospitality, plus a track record of coaching, hiring, and controlling operating expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, hospital administration, or health-related field.
• Administrator license/certification required or preferred.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care, or hospitality.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to manage operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community in line with laws and board directives.
• Provide customer-focused vision based on resident-centered care.
• Drive market growth, referrals, and occupancy while maximizing revenue.
• Develop and manage external business development strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and resident file accuracy.
• Meet financial targets and manage budgets.
• Oversee all departments and achieve NOI and occupancy goals.
